Just a 15 minute drive takes you to the popular seaside town of Wells-next-the-Sea or Holkam both with miles of sandy beaches backed by pine trees and dunes to explore.  The hamlet sits in the vale of the river Stiffkey, and the house is surrounded by stunning countryside, with a picturesque ford and is ideal for long walks or cycle rides from the front door.Just over the road are Great Walsingham Barns, a well-known centre for arts and crafts with a delightful cafe which is open daily 10 – 5pm and amongst other delicious offerings serves award winning homemade pies – to eat in or takeaway!
