S’Alqueria Petita

We hope that our photographs speak for themselves as far as the house and our 8,000 square metre garden and olive grove is concerned. The only aspect of our finca that no photograph can ever do justice to are the views. From the terraces at the front of the house the panorama extends to the hills on the far coast of the island; a distance as the crow flies of over 40 kilometres. We live for at least five months of the year in S’Alqueria Petita and so you should, we hope, find it to be comfortable and of course well equipped. As you will read, the bedrooms are all in separate buildings thus giving a family with teenagers, the privacy that they enjoy or the sleep they need whilst on holiday. The knarled olive trees some of which are over 500 years old enhance the landscaped garden which spreads down the terraces to the swimming pool.

The house is only a five minute walk from our village of Caimari, which has a couple of small general stores, local bars and a chemist. It’s hidden treasure is a very popular restaurant, Can Toneta. We are only 30 minutes from both the fabulous beaches and the glorious city of Palma. All in all, if you want to do more than just relax by the swimming pool, we are ideally placed for exploring this bewitching island of unexpected contrasts.
