For this amount of money, one would expect all website software licenses to be renewed (some of which will be premium and paid for) Software should be kept up-to-date, the website should be backed up on a frequent and regular basis and it should be monitored for malware. Furthermore the Website Designer would be available for support requests from the Client. Troubleshooting and resolution fixing may be included as part of the service although actual changes and development requests will be costed separately.
