Does my website calendar import and export Blocked Out Dates to and from my Third Party Calendars
Yes – if you wish. Or this can be turned off if you only wish to import / export bookings and not manually blocked out dates.
Will a cancelled or modified booking update itself
Yes – this is a default setting. You can disable this so bookings cancelled or modified on a third party calendar (eg:Airbnb) do not cancel / free up space on your website’s calendar
Can my calendar automatically block-out extra days before/after my bookings to allow more time for housekeeping
Yes – by default this is turned off, but it can be enabled.
Will my website import bookings when my calendar is already blocked out
No. If your website calendar is blocked out for the 1 January – 20 January for example, a booking on a third party calendar for the period 19 January – 30 January would simply be rejected as 19 & 20 January is already blocked out.
Your website will reject the booking in its entirety ie: not block out the additional days 21 January – 30 January
