Apply Your Rules
Your Booking Rules allow you to set minimum stays and specify the days of the week that guests can check in/out.
You can also define Advanced Rules to create compulsory requirements, or to create special rates, discounts or voucher codes.

After creating your Seasons and Rates, you should now go to Owcal > Booking Rules where you can apply your minimum stay rules.
You could select a minimum stay of 7 nights for all your peak seasons for example, and shorter minimum stays for your off-peak seasons.

Create Your Rule
On this page you will see some fairly straightforward rules to apply your preferred Check-In/Check-out days and also set your minimum and maximum stays. You can set these individually for each Season.
There are also Advanced Rules which can be used to create special rates depending on the day if the week. For example, you may wish to charge a more expensive nightly rate for Saturday nights or offer a cheaper rate for mid-week stays.
Advanced Rules
Compulsory – this rule allows you to enforce a particular check-out day depending on the check-in day.
Special Rate – this allows you to offer different pricing depending on the check-in/out days.
Discount – applies a discount depending on the number of days stayed. Useful for longer bookings.
Coupon – creates a voucher code
