Apply Your Rules

Having created your Seasons and Rates, you should now go to Owcal > Booking Rules where you can apply your minimum stay rules.

You can select a minimum stay of 7 nights for all your seasons for example, but if your pricing is based on nightly rates you will most likely create a minimum 7 night stay for your peak season and then separate 2, 3, 4 night stay rules for your off peak seasons.

Prevent gaps in your bookings

Create a rule to allocate a specific check-in and check-out day of the week during those important summer months.

This rule also comes in useful if your housekeeper can only service your property or meet and greet your guests on certain days of the week.
