Your Notification Email

By default, you will receive an automated email when a guest completes an online booking form.

The purpose of this message is to alert you to the fact you need to get in contact with your new Guest and confirm their booking and, if they haven’t already paid, you’ll want to request a payment from them.

The default wording is simply a summary list of the information captured from the default booking form completed by your customer.

By default this does not include customer sensitive information such as addresses but this information can be accessed by logging into your website.

If you have added additional custom fields to your booking form (eg: car registration, cost options required) then these can easily be appended to your confirmation email notification on your OWcal > Emails page.
