How Does It Work

Our Business Add-on service is a tried and tested service similar to those employed elsewhere in the Hotel and Hospitality sectors.

It is easy to  setup – all you need to do is print off a card and leave in your property  for your guests. Your website then engages with your guest, captures their contact information and then follows up with them after their stay using automated emails. 

These emails are configured by us to your preference – you could ask for a review, private feedback or a simple message of thanks for their stay. Or you can make your guest feel special by offering them the double discount of no booking fees to pay together with a VIP coupon off their next stay when they book direct. 

  • Check - In

    First print off our supplied card (see example) to direct all your guests to your website. This will give your website’s SEO a big boost but more importantly opens up several other opportunities.

    Now you can dispense with that thumbed-through Welcome Guide you have, all held together in an A4 ringbinder and replace it with a simple card that directs your guests to your online Welcome Guide.

  • Check Out

    This is where the magic happens. Asking your guests to check out and leave their email address is the first step to getting a repeat booking.

    Upon check-out an automated email can be issued thanking them for their stay with a discount code (of your choice) that they can use or pass on to friends and family. This is a fantastic way to capture your Airbnb/VRBO/etc guests’ email address. These guests of course will also save on their next stay by booking direct and avoiding booking fees as well!
