The easiest way to get new bookings in 2025 is simply to encourage repeat bookings from your guests that stayed in 2024.

That may sound like hard work but we’re not suggesting you rummage through your emails and start writing to people. You don’t need to even lift a finger when your website is working for you.

How?

Your website already works hard for you automating email messages to your guests when they book, and when their final payment is due. These are fulfilment duties – your website should also be helping you with sales activities too.

To set this up, simply login to your website’s booking system and go to the Emails page. Here you can setup a personal email that is scheduled to be sent automatically to your guests after they have checked out. You can thank them for their stay but add into this message a voucher code offering them a VIP discount off their next stay. Tell them they will not only save money with the code, but they will save even more on top of this when they book direct with you. You can also tell them the code is transferable to friends and family.

We suggest that you actually schedule at least two messages. One within a week or two of their stay, and perhaps another 6 months after check-out when they may be considering booking their next holiday.
