How We Do it
It doesn’t matter who you purchase your Hosting Plan from, you will be paying for a set of services (eg: Hosting / Domain Registration / Email Accounts) and you will be paying for technical support. Broadly speaking, 50% of the price you will be paying will be for the services and 50% will be for support.
Due to the technical nature of the services provided and the fact that the majority of Hosting Clients are not particularly technically minded, providing support can be expensive hence how it is costed so highly within the overall price.
When Owners Websites develop websites for our Clients we take ownership of the technical integration as part of the website design service we offer. We setup the hosting service, we link your domain to the hosting service and we install the website onto the hosting service. This results in our Clients tending not to require significant levels of technical support and us therefore not needing to levy such a high price for it.
